Special Olympics 2003

SPECIAL MEETING: 

A Special Meeting of all interested parties will take place on Tuesday 28^th January in the Spa Hotel 
at 8.00pm. All those who have already volunteered, and those who would still like to volunteer as 
host families, helpers/volunteers etc. are invited to attend this meeting to discuss the various roles 
which need to be played during the important days leading up to the beginning of this 
Summer’s Special Olympics World Games.

Now that much of the committee’s preparatory work has been done in advance of the 
Summer Games, it is time for all to come together to discuss the detail of the 
requirements for this year’s great event. We look forward to seeing you on 28^th.
