Welcome to the latest issue of the e-mail news bulletin. The
Council is back in business and the Dáil is due to resume this week.
While Fintan has been able to table questions and motions since the start of
September I find myself a bit frustrated. Yes, there is plenty of work being
done, but because you can't table questions and motions in the Dáil,
Ministers are able to get away with murder. We are eagerly awaiting today's
reshuffle and plan to hit the new Ministers with renewed vigour just to let
them know that Lucan's problems haven't gone away. As ever, your comments and
