On Friday 25th May, 2001 two masked and armed raiders entered the EBS in Main Street, 
Lucan and got away with over £15,000.  Luckily nobody was injured during the raid, although 
obviously the staff were a bit shaken, and the branch had to remain closed for a few days!!!
